CURRENTLY ACCEPTING PATIENTS IN PENNSYLVANIA and NEW YORK

These sessions are 90 minutes in length. During this time, you will participate in a comprehensive assessment.

FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS

These sessions are 50 minutes in length. This is when we talk about managing your ongoing needs and, if necessary, making medication decisions and adjustments.

BILLING

Credit Cards must be provided and remain on file. I do not bill insurance. However, I will provide a super-bill.

CRISIS SUPPORT

Galvanize MH does not provide emergency care. Please seek assistance via your local Emergency Room or via 911.

PRIOR PATIENTS
